I came back here after a hiatus because of a 20% off coupon. I had made an appointment but I still ended up waiting about 20 minutes in the pedicure chair; I almost considered leaving before someone got started on me. She didn't acknowledge my having to wait and the whole pedicure felt rushed. During the manicure she didn't ask me about what shape I wanted (rounded vs. square), if I liked the color after the first application, or number of coats I wanted. She also got caught up in conversation with another employee so I felt like an afterthought. There were also issues applying the coupon at time of payment. Overall I feel the quality of customer service has really gone downhill.

These sweet ladys treated us like queens and paid attention to detail , juat like i like it .

SO happy with this place! Jessica is very very careful with the work that she is doing, she takes care of every detail!! I highly recommend this place!! In general all the girls are great!!

My friends manicure chiped the next day. Ombre style i had requested absolutely horrendous . I specifically asked for less white and more beige and she ignored the request. My nails are mostly white and pretty much look like someone drew a line between the two colors. There is not gradual fade of color. She didn't care to do a good job and i had to point out all the areas that needed fixing throughout the process. If i didn't, my nails would look even worse then they do now.

Nice foot and shoulder massage but my finger and toe nails look like shapeless lumps with globs of polish. Bummer.
