I had my pedicure and manicure done with shellac and Mai, my technician, took such great care of me. It was a very pleasant experience! They offered me water, they took their time, they were thorough, and it was overall a relaxing experience.
The salon is clean and the ambiance of the store is pleasant. The tech disinfected the chair and table before I sat down and after I left. I would highly recommend this store! They also got a new owner, so I hope everyone will have a more pleasant experience! Everyone is trying their best and if they're new try to be patient and kind :)

Don’t waste your time here. There are much better places around with better and more professional service. I came for a full set and she completely misunderstood what I was saying. When I told her she wasn’t doing my nails the way I had asked she proceeded to tell me ‘I should have told her before’ when In fact I did stop her when I noticed she wasn’t doing them the right way, and she cut me off and assured me she knew what I meant. She tried to paint tips onto my nails when I told her that I wanted a FULL SET, meaning nails added on...she already painted the clear into my nails so I told her to just keep them clear and I would get them done somewhere else. She argued with me in front of another client telling me that it was my mistake and I wasn’t clear on what I wanted....It was extremely embarrassing. Still charged me $30 for a manicure I didn't receive...I just paid it and left, I won’t be back and I’ll stick to my original place!

The lady that did my toes was to excessive with the cuticle cutter in which she made my big toe bleed and still put nail polishon the toe when it was still bleeding and was too rough with the massage
