I'm not from Kansas but I was in desperate need of a full set so I decided to give this place a try. I always tip when I get my nails done elsewhere even if they aren't perfect but today my nails just looked so terrible. As soon as the acrylic was "filed" I realized they were lopsided, some wider and thicker, and some nails were noticeably longer than others/than they should have been. I asked to get them filed again and tried to explain what to do almost tempted to grab the file and do it myself. I asked for square yet all my nails are different shapes. I'm honestly not intentionally trying to bash this place but I don't know how they have such a high rating. The worst part about it all is that halfway through getting my set, I realized the guy doing my nails had a wart on his finger. No bandaid over it, no gloves. How is that sanitary?! I get it people get warts but you are a nail technician. Shows what high standards they have about hygiene and safety practices. I will not be back here. I refuse to keep these on. $26 waisted, plus the acetone I will be purchasing to remove them.

very reasonable for a pedicure! extremely satisfied, staff was very friendly! will definitely be going back and referring friends!

I just moved to Manhattan and was nervous about finding a new nail salon. I was REALLY impressed by Queen Nails. I was actually acknowledged when I walked into the salon and my appointment started right on time. The facility is very inviting and clean. The pedicure chairs are plush and appear to be fairly new. Mai did my shellac pedicure and she was so gentle and great to talk to. I will definitely be going back next month. Wish I could give ten stars.

I love this place! Great quality of work, friendly staff and nice and clean! I go every once in a while and they are always so nice! My advice would be to call ahead and get an appointment, because a lot of times you need one.
