Linda was very friendly and very thorough with everything. She is very patient with all the questions I had to ask and answered them the best way she knew how. I would definitely recommend this place for pedicures.

They do a great job every time. Been coming to Tip Top nails for more than 15 years. Affordable !!

The nail tech did a poor job on the glue and coloring. After she realized she did a bad job, she just laughed and said we must pay.

I felt like I was being descriminated against, not because of my color, but because I'm in a wheelchair. The tech wanted to clip my toe nails anyway, instead of asking what I wanted. After half doing my pedicure he was about to leave my nails plain when I told him I wanted it painted with a design he told me he didn't know how to do designs. I politely asked could I get someone who can. A lady came over speaking their language and he said he'll do it. (But I thought he told me he didn't know how) I decided just not to get the design. I was also getting my nails and eyebrows done, but when he was finished with my pedicure they told me they was busy. The young lady next to me heard them say this so she asked about them doing her nails the lady tech went to the back and grabbed a bowl and started soaking her nails (I thought they was to busy) I asked how come I couldn't get mines done and they started speaking their language, but left me in the chair and didn't come back and after 10-15 minutes I left. They left me ashy & the cuticles where barely picked. I observed other things, but I will not mention. I will not go back to this shop again. They treat disabled people like they don't exist.

I have been going to Tip Top Nails for a couple of years. the girls are wonderful. I take along my 98 year old mother and they treat her so nicely. They make her feel like a queen. That is what is important to me.
