Every time my wife goes in there she comes out upset because they have messed up her nails. They are EXTREMELY rude. Went in there to talk to a manager because my wife was so upset and instead she wanted to talk to everyone else in the salon about my issue and trashed talked my wife and kids. My wife got her feet done and ended up with an infection in her toe from their dirty tools when confronted about that they acted as if they didn't care and let another customer get involved and get physical with my wife

WORST PLACE EVER MESSED MY NAILS UP 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. THE LAST TIME I WALKED OUT IN TEARS BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP MY NAILS SO BAD AND THEN WHEN CONFRONTED I GOT SCREAMED AT AND THREATENED ABED ON TOP OF THAT THEY PUT THEIR HANDS ON ME AND STARTED PUSHING ME. I HAD MY 3 LITTLE CHILDREN WITH ME AND WHILE YELLING AT ME THEY WERE CURSING AT ME AND AT MY CHILDREN

Very disappointed went today and got a pedicure and my eyebrows done. The boy who did my pedicure did a horrible job he rushed and my nails look horrible. I didnt want to make a big deal about it there because I know nothing would have came about. But neex a new salon asap been going there for a while but there service has completely went down hill.

I am very unpleased with this salon. They messed my nails up with the dip powder. I just went in for a refill and you can see my natural color in some spots of my nail, puls the top clear coat is all ruff and smeared. I'm never coming back here again.

Just left there n never will i return!!! I had a pedicure and never felt so rushed,my heels were still dry,nail polish on my skin just horrible😡
