I’m so glad I came here! I came in with acrylic tips from elsewhere, and Wendy took such care to remove the tips without damaging my natural nail. Then she did a beautiful job applying new acrylics, and took great care to make sure each nail aligned with my natural nail shape. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back !!

I can’t believe a gem pedicure was $100 - worst pedi and massage I’ve ever gotten. They tried to upsell me on the magnetic polish and couldn’t do the technique. What a waste of time and $$$$. I will never return. Do not waste your $ here folks.

Issa has become my new nail salon. The staff is friendly and the manicures are great. My gel manicures last me over 3 weeks whichnis rare, especially since I’m constantly using cleaning products. I highly recommend!

First time coming to this location. I used to go to the one on 2nd Ave. religiously. However, the work was becoming sloppy, and my gel manicures appeal within the same week. I have spent a lot of money at Issa (2nd Ave) and the quality service is “OK”, but not great. I decided to go to this location on Lexington Avenue, taking a chance, and I’m glad I did!!! Maria was AMAZING!!!! she took her time, and understood my frustrations. I have a defect in my nail, which splits some times due to acrylic from previous years, and one bad incident took the whole nail off, and it’s never been the same. Maria was able to make the nail whole by adding a powder and gel and glue substance that kept the nail together making my nails look completely intact. I have now vowed to come here and the prices are reasonable and she has now become my dedicated nail technician here on out, I recommend this location to anyone that is looking for reasonable prices for a great service. Services were pretty quick and the environment was clean. A lot of great mani/pedi packages too. The lady that did my pedicure did an amazing job. However, I got a gel acrylic refill without tips and one of my hands started chipping next day. The lady that did my nails was rushing because it was before closing. She kept stopping to text and check her phone. She also asked for a tip when she didn’t deserve one, but I still gave it. Just wish it went to the tech that did my pedicure. Overall, I paid $128 including tip. Not sure if I’d come back. Disappointed cause I wanted to like this place.
