I thoroughly enjoyed Alyssa’s service today. It was a layer cut done with professionalism and great customer service. I was able to openly express my wants for my haircut. I would give her 10 stars but there’s only 5. 10/10 service, would highly recommend booking with her and I will be scheduling again :)

I came in to get a haircut. Andrea Reyes was my stylist. She did such an awesome job, Like she had been cutting hair for years. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. She was knowledgeable about the best products for my hair and educated me on how to use them. She has a repeat customer in me! Thank you Andrea. I love it!

The stylist (I think her name is Krista, I hope I remember that correctly) she was very caring and noticed that I had a bandage just below my collarbone and asked if it could not get wet which it cannot, it is a dialysis catheter. She took extra caution to make sure it did not get wet. She did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I enjoyed talking with her and would go to her again!

I had a fantastic experience at Ogle (Hurst) today. The instructors were very present and provided excellent coaching and collaboration with the student stylist. My stylist (Gianni) had great ideas and helped me lean into some style edges I’d never been brave enough to try before. I left feeling absolutely gorgeous and well cared for in every way. I booked my follow up appointment before I left and am excited to go back. I highly recommend the student clinic and am very happy to count myself as a new client. 😊
10/23/24 Update
I had another amazing experience at Ogle School in Hurst today. Annabelle and her instructor, Ms. Vanessa, did an amazing highlight and color change on my hair. I feel absolutely gorgeous, and my hair is so beautiful. I love the product that Jasmine used when she took over from Annabelle to finish my wash and style, and she continued the experience of making me feel like a valued and important client.
Everyone I spoke with today was friendly and knowledgeable and personable. It felt like a spa day rather than a school day.
I’m already booked for my 6-week color touchup and am constantly recommending this location to all my friends. I’m definitely a happy customer. 😊

Went in for an intensive repair hair treatment and blow dry with Gia L, she did an amazing job! My hair felt soft after and I left feeling confident with my fresh blow out!
