This is the worst nail shop . Ive been waiting for over an hour to get a full set ! The man that’s in charge of the salon clearly doesn’t know what he is doing .

Worst nail shop ever . This guy did my nails and they were crooked. And he messed up my nail design. I wanted to talk to the manager, they were very rude and still wanted me to pay full price . Never again . Also they don't have a variety of colors and the atmosphere sucks overall

Let me tell you all about my nail experience yesterday at Nails First. Yesterday I called myself trying to save time by not traveling to the other side of town to my regular salon with all I had to do. I stopped at Nails First and I asked for an SNS full set. They told me they could do it. They only had a few colors to choose from (sign #1). The bottles didn't have the SNS logo that I normally see, but I thought to myself "maybe it's just a different brand". When I sat down to remove my previous SNS set, she placed my hand in a bowl of acetone. I asked her did she have any foil and cotton which is the normal way to remove it, she said no. Then she began to do my nails. I noticed she did not have any of the SNS all natural products. I also noticed that she was doing the process completely different. During this time I'm still asking is this SNS. She had another employee come over to confirm that this was "their" SNS process. They tried to convince me that they were using only SNS products. At the end the lady proceeds to pull out the dryer that you use for Gel polish. At this time I realize that they just gave me a UV Gel set and insisted on telling me is was SNS. When it was time to pay I asked very calmly who was the manager. I spoke with him in my normal calm Megan voice and told him about the situation. The entire time he acted as if he was confused as to what SNS was and how it was suppose to be done. I told him I had no problem paying for some of the service, but I would not pay for it all because it's not what they told me they had and I only wanted to use natural products on my nails. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS CRAZY... The manager, Tommy then begins to yell and tell me to go sit down and let her do it over or pay for it all. I told him I was NOT going back to sit down for another 2 hours for a service that they didn't have. I asked numerous times if he wanted to take a payment. He told me no and to go sit down. He then proceeds to walk to the door to lock me in. He told me I wasn't going anywhere and was going to call the police. I told him that I was going to call the police myself. Then this one lady came over and told him to let me go and she took the payment. I can't believe this actually happened. I will never go back to this place again. My first and my last.

Very bad service nasty attitudes a one trick pony. I normally go somewhere else be I decided to try them out biggest mistake. I want designs other than lines no one in there could do what I wanted then the girl doing my nails messed up on of my nails and didn't want to fix it. It 2017 ain't nobody still rocking lines. Y'all stop spending your money with these people. They are very rise and inappropriative to their customers that are keeping the shop open. They need to relise that with out our business there is no business. I'd recommend LY nails very nice and you'll get what you pay for.
