Sorry, we did not have a chance to do your nails , But we do not welcome you to come over here to play game with us and to waste our time. If you got an appointment with the other nail salon you must keep that appointment instead you came here. My nail tech files your nails put tips on all your fingers and then you said you booked with other place. Thank you for your comments and your rate .
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST!!! but it's fine I won't be back like I said before I didn't have an appointment with my other salon because they were booked and I went to your salon since you literally had no one in it....

Updated response below: If I could give a lower star I would. There’s no wonder no one is in your shop!! You’re horrible and service is even worse. Very low selection of colors and very rude. Don’t waste your time nor money.
And my point exactly why you have NO business. Not professional and no good customer service. Practice on greeting the customer when they walk through the door it will take your business further and by the way, I took my business elsewhere and I LOVE my nails and I paid the amount you were going to charge me but because they were very nice, had my color yellow, and good quality I didn’t mind paying. You LOST 6 new customers. Have a nice day :)

I came in to get my last minute prom nails because my last nail lady canceled. This was my first time coming to this nail salon. My mom and I got pedicures and my mother ended up not being very happy with hers but they very politely fixed it to her liking. The store was suppose to close at 7:30 but they stayed till 11 just to finish my nails. The woman doing my nails never complained about being out late. My mom wasn’t getting her nails done so one of the other nail techs was always making sure she was taken care of. My nails turned out absolutely GORGEOUS! I am 100% in love with them and it was definitely worth the wait and money. I will be coming back, with some friends. The staff is very friendly and funny. It was a little bit of a wait before we got started but that’s because the nail techs take their time and really make sure everything is perfect just for you. Shout out to them for making my prom nails breathtakingly amazing and being very sweet and kind during the process.
