I visited this salon since they opened. Lately have been disappointed. The lady was in such hurry, did not clear cuticles, nail polish applied really sloppy. I asked to have nail polish redone, not much difference as nail prep not done correctly. It appears as salon tries to service as many people as fast as possible. Would not recommend this salon and most likely will not return.

Came in to get my eyebrows done... it was about 5:55 when I walked...the girl did a horrible job she took out a big chunk of the top of my eyebrow and made my eyebrow super short on the side I live right across the street so when came home and took a better look I called the salon to tell them I had an issue I went over to the salon and told them the girl messed up and they tried to tell me they didn’t know if my eyebrow was like that beforehand and that I had to come back When their employee was there needless to say they gave me my money back horrible service ive never in the 15 years of getting my eyebrows done have I ever had to ask for my money back because my eyebrows were messed up so bad

On November 8, 2018, I walked in to Queen Spa Nails located on 1701 Welsh Road suite 5 in Philadelphia, PA 19115 to request a eyebrow waxing service. Upon services providing I asked employee would I be able to pay via debit card, she replied "yes". After service was provided I gave the employee my debit card to process payment, I assumed something had to be wrong with their debit/credit machine. Another employee was called over to help with the transaction, she comes over and says "DENIED, you have no money", and tossed my card back to me. As I gained eye contact with her I replied "Ma'am I know for a fact that my funds are available, there may be something wrong with your machine, because I know that I have money and I don't know why you just assume that I don't have money". She rebuttals to say "If you have money go use ATM to get off twenty dollars". So As I walked over to the ATM I check my mobile banking app and I see there was a debit from Queen Spa Nails for $6. I walked over to her to show her the payment went through and she continues to tell me that the card was declined and I don't have any many. To say I felt embarrassed, belittled, and disgusted is an understatement. I felt the employees treated me unfavorably because of my race, and it is unlawful to accuse or harass a person when it comes to any aspect especially when conducting business. To end this story, the payment went through, which means I was accused, and humiliated in front of other customers for no reason at all it was completely unacceptable and any business owner who conducts business that way should not be in business.
