Was referred by a co-worker who has been a customer for years. My experience 1st visit was ok. Was conditioning my hands and nails for upcoming family wedding. 2nd scheduled visit not so great. Tech called in sick, no one contacted me, was moved from tech to tech for 1 1/2 hours. When finally finished polish not the color I wanted (they were out of 5 of my choices) but decent result. Did not go back. You could tell the Salon was too overbooked and not enough techs.
