IF YOU HAVE NATURALly LONG NAILS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I’m sad to write this review because the staff was very kind and friendly. I have naturally strong long nails . They rarely break. I had gel nail polish when I came in here and asked to get it removed so that I could get regular nail polish and a quick shape up manicure. Typically when I go to other nail salons they pre-soak my nails with alcohol and foil to remove the gel. They straight went in with the electric file and started removing the gel nail polish which my thought immediately was that that was too abrasive for my real nails (which I had mentioned since the moment I came in here that they were my nails) . They ended up filing them too thin because a day after day having my nails done one of them broke. I thought it was fine went to get it fixed by them by adding a acrylic nail. Cool. Two days later another breaks. I’m think that’s weird but went ahead and got it fixed as well. Now it’s been a week and 5 nails counting the ones that were fixed, have broken. I’m extremely disappointed. This place was very affordable and close to me I thought I found a new place but my real nails were ruined :(

I booked an appointment here through ClassPass. I called the day before to confirm everything would be set. I showed up and they claimed they’d never heard of ClassPass and wouldn’t look into what happened. Kept telling me I was making it up. I drove 45 minutes here specifically for this appointment before another appointment this afternoon. Needless to say the lack of professionalism rubbed me the wrong way.
