I had Michael and he was excellent, very thorough, took his time, super job on my nails, better than at home in Colorado. I was leary because of a few bad reviews, but my mother in law went with me and she had Christina who also did a great job. We were both very happy with the service we received.

They make you feel like you have visited a Spa. I only have Mani-Pedi a few times a year and I enjoy feeling pampered.

Most horrible experience ever!
My card fell, yet I only found out because they went ahead and charged it without even telling me. What if I wasn't done with services? They were so rude, and when I asked if a polish could be tested first, I was rudely told "NO" that they don't do that (first for me). I had to ask the lady to soak my nails after she forcefully tried to rip my acrylics off with a sharp tool (first for me as well). The list can go on...
