Showed up for a waxing without an appointment and was told to come back which I was okay with because I didn’t have an appt but I verbally told them to put me down for he following day and was told it’d be fine. I showed up when they opened as I have done before and even the person opening was a little over five mins late. I was told the person who does waxing was running late and if I wanted to wait. I couldn’t because of work but told them to put it in writing that I’d be back the following day and was told it was fine. I called to confirm with someone since I wanted to make sure the person who does waxing got the memo. I was told they were gonna be off on the day I was requesting.. I expressed my frustration and they didn’t even apologize. I asked for the next day she came in and if they can put me down for 930.. I was asked if 945 would work.. I said no 930 that’s when u open. I was told well she comes in late..I asked to speak with a manager and was asked why.. this place is unprofessional and has 0 consideration for anyone. I will attempt to speak with manager just to voice my concerns but I won’t be returning.

This place is NICE but the quality of the nails are trash... And they charged way to much... I won't be back. Pretty place aren't always best I guess..

Rachel gave me one of the best manicures I’ve ever had, along with THE BEST pedicure ever. I walked in and was sat immediate, lots of polish selections. You can’t beat their prices. I’m so happy that I found my nail salon and I can get a mani and a pedi for the price of just a manicure at other salons. Can’t wait to come back!! 10 stars!!

Worst service ever guy at desk is so rude when I asked for a break down of why they charge 100 for a full set and a refill no repairs for then the fall off within 2 days then they have the nerve to blame my friend on her nails falling off on her not knowing how to handle the length when she has always have the same length I will never be back again.

This is my favorite place for pedicures here in Florida and my home state of Ohio. Always professional, very clean, the technicians are gentle and don't file the tips of my toes off. They dont rush me thru making my time relaxing and refreshing. My polish lasts for weeks. I always make it a point to get here on each visit.
