I've held off on posting this review because I wanted to sleep on it and be fair. The dip I got was done very well, however the $47 charge only covered the dip and that was it. Apparently I needed to specify that I also wanted my cuticles trimmed which is also an extra charge of $20. I checked around and this seems like a standard request (when booking this type of appointment at any shop you need to specify that u want the manicure done as well, ok somewhat "newbie " mistake as I get my nails done maybe twice a year normally.) What totally turned me off was when I had foil on my nails the tech instantly went to her phone and text and text and text. I understand that staring at my face for 10-15 minutes is awkward but me legit staring at you on your phone thinking "am I on some TV show right now" should have felt uncomfortable to you. Oddly enough to me, it didn't phase your mad texting skills. I did leave satisfied with the work you did, however your tip would have been much more desirable had you given me the time of day from the get go. (Let's not get it twisted, I did leave you an $8 tip but you could imagine what it would have been like if you didnt treat me like I was an inanimate object when I stared at you awkwardly while you tapped away at the screen of your phone.) As I said, I slept on this to be fair and I really wanted to come back as the goal was to find a color I liked for my wedding and I told you this twice....needless to say the work was good, but the customer service aspect made me definitely feel less than VIP....

The best nail place in our area. Plus nary is the best at nails she does ever thing. Free handed

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Nail polish is not between the lines of my nail at all. There are smudges everywhere on my toes from where she tried to clean up her mistakes but did an absolute lousy job. The entire pedicure was painful rather than relaxing and enjoyable. She also cut the inner corner of my toe and made me bleed. Do not reccomend. You are better off going to any other nail salon in Madison.
