Hello. I don’t like to give bad reviews, but one of the girls ( the one on the front) is horrible as an employee. And I said it, because she made me a horrible refill with a terrible gel nail paint and she get very angry when I asked her to fix it. Very bad customer service.

I usually go to this nail salon on a weekday but had an event to go to on Saturday and needed some help making my vision come to life. Boy were they busy on Saturday morning! But… they went above and beyond to make sure that I could get my nails done on such a time crunch and be there for my event! Tina did such a wonderful job with my nail shape and cleanup and Joanna helped design my nails to perfection!

DO NOT GO HERE. I was looking around for new nail salon, decided to try this place out. I get dip. I made an appointment, and when i got there, in time for my appointment, there was 3 walk ins waiting to be seen. i figured where I had made an appointment I'd be priority, I was very wrong. I sat there for over an hour before being seated, where she sat me down, super quickly filed my nails with a nail file (normally they use the dremel to actually get the clear coat off so the acetone can actually remove the dip) and stuck the foil on my hands and left me there for another half hour until my fingers were burning and I myself started to rip them off, which she yelled at me for. Because she didn't use the dremel, the dip was pretty much completely stuck to my nails still even after the half hour of sitting there. So she painfully finishes my nails, which were bumpy and uneven, which i tried to tell her but she said it would be fine and at that point I had to leave because i had been there for almost 3 hours. TWO DAYS LATER, my nails were chipped and the clear coat was completely off, and three/four days later, they were completely coming off. I was traveling so obviously i couldn't go back to get them fixed, so I called to let them know what was going on and got the biggest attitude and she told me "come in when we have time" instead of apologizing and trying to fix their mess up. not at my convenience. I work full time 7-5 and they wanted me to come in during the day. I will not be going back because I do not trust them not to mess it up again and i refuse to retip them because they were so rude about it. The pictures below are the progression of my nails. Not only did they do a horrible job, the place was nasty. Nail clippings all over the floor and they didn't sanitize their tools after every use. Go anywhere else but here.

Very high priced I paid over $100 to get gel pedi and dip full set one of my nails came off already not even a week later. I think I will stick with doing my own nails. Not worth the price especially if they don't last.
