I absolutely love this nail salon! I hopped around several nail salons around Cheyenne before finding this place, Connie and Jose and are so nice and do great work and I love the designs Connie draws on my nails! They recently renovated and upgraded everything there which makes it feel so much nicer! I tell all my friends and family members to go here for a reason! They’re the best in town.

I went in for a full set & a pedicure because the last time I had went I had a great experience. Will NEVER go again after today ! I’m from Texas so I was trying to find a place to be a regular & when I was getting my full set the older gentleman who worked with me and he was horrible. He nicked my cuticle & then he drilled too much on my nail after he put the acrylic overlay. He never checked to see if my nails were the same length after he clipped them down. He left lots of acrylic underneath my nails & painted them like a three year old. There are air bubbles on my nails and you can tell the difference between my nails. Half of them are painted okay the other half you can see the overlay & polish was not applied correctly. When I went to the pedicure chair he asked rudely what pedicure I wanted & I responded with I’m not sure. He immediately asked with a ruder tone & raised his voice with a “how do you not know”. I had told him I had only been there once before & I needed to see the different pedicures offered. He told me about the two cheapest pedicures even though I was willing to pay more. Needless to say they have HORRIBLE customer service & I do NOT recommend you waste your time here. I should have waited two days for me to fly home to get my nails done for a cheaper price with an upscale snail salon. I literally wasted $70 & an hour & a half of my time. I had never been to a place that quickly goes through a customers time to get closer to their wallet !

I love this place! They always do a beautiful job! My nails never lift when they are done here, which is a problem I have had everywhere else. I highly recommend.

Out of all of the nail shops in Cheyenne, I keep coming back to lovely nails. Connie and Jose are super friendly and they do nice work. Not offering appointments is kinda hard for me, due to my packed schedule, but for me personally, this place is worth it.
