Fancy Nails is incredibly wonderful. A women named any does my nails and her talent is amazing. Customer service is great as well!!! I'm always greeted and catered to. I enjoy myself there. I've been going there for about 4 years now!!

If I could give one star I would. Cut my cuticles up badly and when I told her to stop she tried to put chemicals on to stop the bleeding. I then stood up and went to wash my hands, had water in the soap dispenser, I sat down and she tried to continue and I told her no. Then wanted me to pay... for messing up my cuticles up and unevenly filing my nails? Waste of time, unsanitary, untrained and unprofessional.

Wanted to get my nails, cleaned a trimed, they just don't have enough staff working on a busy Sunday. (They only had two, for five people that wanted to get nails done) alot of staff were doing multitasking.
I added an extra star because what I have SEEN they don't look half bad.

They did a wonderful job on my acrylics and shape but a really bad job on the nail polish. And there really unsanitary.
