This nail salon has an exterior that appears welcoming in atmosphere. Yet, upon entering and taking a seat, the experience is more than disappointing. I believe that in any and all service industries, quality should always be followed by respect.
It's time that we the consumer expect nothing less then the service we pay for, otherwise service should be nothing more than just complimentary, removing any need for quality and therefore leaving the expectation of respect in the category of: you get what you pay for.
In short, I expect to receive at least good service for my payment. This place, like many others, wants customers to settle for less than adequate service for more than moderate compensation (that type of service should be deemed as unacceptable by all).

I went in to the store and was completely ignored . They were busy so I sat down waiting for someone to look up. After 10 minutes another woman v
Came in and they couldn't greet her fast enough. Their inattention to me has lost them a customer.

I LOVED this place until they started with some very questionable business practices. Why is it cheaper to pay in cash? And now you have conveniently installed an ATM in your business. Well for one they don't charge you the state sales tax-this does not sit well with me. I get CT robs you blind in taxes but I don't want to do business with a company that does this AND...charges you an outrageous fee (toenail polish change $20..what????) AND just gets up and down throughout your service with no regard to YOUR time..no thanks I'll drop my money elsewhere

Got my nails done uv gel full set on a Friday night by that Sunday morning all my nails but 2 popped completely off! Correction the fake nail underneath stay on the gel is what came off in one clean piece and 4 just by washing my hair! And when I inspected the nails the gel was thin as paper no wonder they came off will NEVER go there again!
