I have just moved to Lexington and needed a new salon. First time going and I will be back! Tiffany did my pedi and Sam did my mani. Very, very good. Clean and fun to sit and chat. Highly recommend!

I got an acrylic full set two weeks ago and I was very pleased leaving the salon but within one day, two nails broke. I went back to the salon and they fixed them no charge so I was again pleased leaving... but later that day while opening my car door the same nail fixed that day broke off again. I of course went back and the nail was replaced, at this point irritated that I have been at this nail salon 3 times in one week. By the end of the the week two other nails chip and break off, and I am not rough with my hands. Within a week and a half a $40.00 set was destroyed only a few nails remaining, I decided to pick them off. I use to go to this salon often and never had any issues like this. I really like the owners and the atmosphere but this unacceptable.

Love Kim & Sonny I have been going here for years but, they got new owners whom are unfriendly, rush to be done with your nails so they come out sloppy, & treated me terribly the last time I went. I never make appointments but this day I did, I asked for a pedicure and a fill in (I had just gotten a pedicure a week before), they proceeded to take my toenail polish off at the nail desk, then denied me of my pedicure because I had just been last week & “didn’t need one yet”, refused to put gel on my toes all because they were swamped. Bad customer service with the new owner Jenni & Sam !!

I am so glad that I have found this salon since moving to Lexington! The customer service is great and the atmosphere is extremely inviting!
