I’ve been to this nail salon twice and both times they showed excellent attention to detail. My nails came out exactly tailored to my vision and when things aren’t right they are eager to fix them. The prices are on par with less expensive salons but offer a caring, kind atmosphere you can’t find most salons.

Me and my daughter stopped by today, we've never been here before and wanted to check them out. All pedicure chairs were full except 1 (not counting the 2 kid-size chairs) so I said thanks and proceeded to leave, but they weren't having that. They definitely wanted our business (as was the impression I got). Met some nice people who were there also getting pedicures; I was happy with my results, and my daughter was happy with hers (manicure with acrylic nail set). I still don't feel comfortable when staff constantly speaks in their native language, loudly and aimlessly about, the whole time. I never know if they're talking to me or what? I know most nail salons are like this, but still...

I will never visit this salon again! I came here on Friday 10/30 for a refill, the next day one of my nails suddenly split and fell off (I did not hit the nail or anything). I came for a repair and was charged $3. Today is Thursday 10/5, another nail did the exact same as I was driving (once again, I did not hit the nail) this time I was charged $4. It’s not my fault that the nail tech filed my nails down very thin, which made them very fragile! I paid $41 for a messed up refill! Normally a salon wouldn’t charge for a repair if it’s not your fault and if it’s within 7 days of your original visit. I explained this to the tech, she agreed but after I told her she charged me the next day after my original visit she changed her story and said that’s only when they do a full set. I know it’s only $7 but it’s very unfair!

Horrible experience the lady that did my nails was so focused on everything else going on in the shop she wasn't focused on doing my nails and they came out horrible worse Dip job I've ever had!!!
