Emmy was so friendly, clean, and professional. I loved the designs she did, these were all her own creations. I will definitely be back to see her very soon! I recommend Royal Nails for all your nail care needs. Everyone is friendly and very skilled

Flew all the way from Tokyo and these ladies took good care of me as soon as I got off the plane!
Even catered to my schedule and the service was lovely! Warm environment, warm welcome and best of all, I got exactly what I wanted. The nails are good quality for good prices! My nails are still intact after 3-4 weeks! I wouldn’t dare let anyone else try to fill in if it’s not in the works of Ms. Ivy🤍

I went in for a dip manicure. While the staff was overly nice, I believe it was just to make me uncomfortable about saying something about the quality of the manicure. I had to file them to the shape that I wanted after I got home even though i kept explaining what I wanted. More disappointing is that they did not take the time to apply enough coats to get the right color. I chose a pale pink but i can see through it to my actual nail and the plastic tip they added for length. They kept saying how pretty my nails were but I'm going to have to paint over and hope for the best.

Awful and unprofessional experience! The salon was empty! Only one client doing her nails, and 2 technicians there. I picked the color for my pedicure while the technician was on her phone. She turned the water on and went back to her phone. I waited 5 min with my feet in the water (while she was still checking her phone) and then she grabbed the phone and keys and told me “I’ll be right back”. I had to leave the place since I had somewhere else to be and she told me over the phone that my appointment would only take 30 min.
Definitely not coming back to this salon!

The woman who did my pedicure was super nice and was working all by herself which I'm sure is stressful. But I would definitely describe it more as 'getting your toenails painted' than 'getting a pedicure.' After my heels were drier than before the pedi because all she did was scrub them down with soap which as most people know, strips moisture if you don't moisturize it after. The other woman working there, I'm not sure what her job was, I waited for 20 minutes soaking in water (which also will obviously dry your feet out) while the pedicurist finished the client she was working on, while the other woman watched a soap opera with the volume all the way up. She was also super rude to me when we interacted. I don't see myself coming back.
