This was my first visit to Flora nail spa. I needed a full set done and requested Trina after reading so many positive reviews about her. I was not disappointed! Trina was amazing. She did an incredible job on my nails. She is not only personable and incredibly talented at what she does, but also one of the funniest people I’ve met. She had me laughing all the way out the door. Absolutely loved her. I’ll be back in a regular basis for sure!

So. The customer service is great and the guy that did my nails was sweet but my nails were pretty bad. For starters I wanted a long coffin shape pink and white ombré. The ombré turned out so spotty, uneven, and messy that I had to choose a color to paint over them. I told him about my concern for the thickness of the powder and he assured me that the thickness would be filed down. My nails are so thick and have weird uneven flat spots. I’m really disappointed in this set that I’m going to a whole new place to have them fixed. I won’t be returning here. I’m sad because they live so closely. But beware of their new techs!

I went to flora before the virus hit and gave it a 5 but today I thought I’d check it out to see if I felt safe in there to get my nails done and the receptionist and many of the people customers and workers were not wearing masks. Receptionist said “we don’t have to” well that is not where I want to go when this virus is nowhere near over. I’ll find a responsible nail spa

The ambiance is amazing and the whole staff goes out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. Trina always does the best job on my nails. I’ve never had a bad set!

Beautiful place and the staff was friendly even through masks. My nails look great and I feel better after leaving. I will be back and highly recommend. Jade did an amazing job.
