They should be nail cons instead of nail pros because nothing was professional about my experience. The first time I went was just under a month ago, a week later I had to go back because my nail cracked, and I paid. Now four days later my overlay is lifting. I called to inform them and long told me he can fix this time but he suggests I find somewhere else to go because it's a waste of his time to have to fix my nails, which I thought was extremely rude considering the service I paid my hard earned money for was half done. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CHOP SHOP I WILL GO WHERE THEY CALLIE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TAKE THE TIME TO DO RIGHT INSTEAD OF RUSHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY.

Have been going here for a year and a half and won't go anywhere else, they are so nice and is a great environment. Lily is my go to, she does a great job and The 1st time I came in she fix my completely horrible nail job and made them perfect
