These guys are continuously making progress because of the hard work they put to give the perfect results to the client. The people here are highly skilled and carry a lot of experience. They are very polite and professional. I am so happy that I went to this nail salon.

I’m done with this nail salon. They’re incredibly rude, and while it’s a very convenient location, I’d rather go someplace with decent customer service. A smile and a thank you goes a long way! I went it for a pedicure a few days ago and it was a miserable experience. Whatever I asked her not to do she did more of to the point of it being painful. Spend your money somewhere else. This place does not offer a tranquil or peaceful experience at all!

I came in at 4 pm and they closed at 5 pm. I just wanted to get my shellac nails off and they said no because it was too close to closing????

My friend had such a poor experience that she sent me 7 snaps about it and how much they ruined her nails. She had to go an hour out of her way to another salon to fix it because when she asked the technician to fix the absolute mess they made her nails they said they had "25 years of experience" and they refused to fix it. My other friend's nails got infected from there because they cut her finger, and they made her pay more because it bled. Terrible service, would give 0 stars if possible.

More like a 3.5 in my opinion. Not a great selection of shellac colors. The manicurist didn't do the best job keeping the polish off my cuticles, so I'll end up picking at it when it grows out. The place was clean and generally friendly. I was able to walk in without an appointment and get my nails done right away, which was nice. Overall, I think I'm going to try another place next time.
