It has good service. Food was small but good. Took a long time to get the food though. Games were all fun and interactive. For kids of all ages.

If you are planning a birthday party for your child, ask for Karsten to host. He was phenomenal! A really nice host and so helpful! He made the whole experience so easy. He was so good with the kids and really patient. He listened to every request and made them happen. It was completely stress free! My daughter and her friends had a really good time.

What can you say? It's Chuck E Cheese. It's a place filled with fun games for kids and migraine triggers with all sorts of lights and noises everywhere. Kids are running around with little supervision from adults. The section where you exchange your tickets for a prize, there is no line and it can get frustrating. Staff doesn't look happy working there and doesn't seem to care who they serve next. The chuck e cheese mascot is creepy but I won't take a star off for that. Food served for birthday parties aren't too bad. I only take my kids there for birthday parties.

This is a fairly standard Chuck E. Cheese's. On the plus side, it's clean and they just got a lot of new games recently. On the downside, they are a bit stingy with the tickets and the pizza is not quite as good as some other locations. We slightly prefer the location on Sports Arena Blvd., but with the new games and some of the older games fixed, if you are closer to this location, then it works well and is a nice place to go for the kids.

Place is understaffed and needs as lot of housekeeping in that dining area n they also take long with the food order
