Was in the store 20 minutes and no sales person asked if we'd needed help. Very disorganized. 4 salespeople only could focus on the 4 peopIe in front of them. So many people waiting to be helped. I was going to join T-Mobile and cancel Verizon. Oh well, their loss.. Get some customer service skills please.

I WENT TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE A SIM CARD FOR MY LG PHONE WHICH IS IN GOOD CONDITION. I PAID $27 FOR THE SIM CARD AND IT DOESN'T WORK ON MY LG PHONE. THE STORE MANAGER SAID THAT IT COULD BE THAT MY USED PHONE DOESNT WORK WITH THE NEW SIM CARD. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK SINCE THE NEW SIM CARD DOESN'T WORK MY LG PHONE
THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I TOLD THEM THAT'S MISLEADING INFORMATION. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO PURCHASING THE SIM CARD, THE FACT THAT THERE'S A POSSIBILITY THE NEW SIM CARD MIGHT NOT WORK ON A USED PHONE
THEY SAID THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION TO ME PRIOR TO PURCHASING THE SIM CARD. THAT'S LIKE STEALING SOMEBODY'S MONEY.

Great service, top notch team members there to help with problems and even though it can run a little bit long.... they won't stop until they fixed your problem or it got to be solved by T-Mobile themselves
