I’ve been a customer of Highland Nails for about a year now, and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else! The staff is amazing, and are so welcoming! Bill manages his team so well, and I always recommend my friends to him. Thank you guys for all that you do! See you all soon!

I normally love this place, but the last time I went I highly overpaid. I don't mind paying for quality, but what made me upset was that the lady didn't tell me about the extra charges until after she was done doing it. In my experience, you don't do a service and say "by the way that was an extra 10 dollars" because she gave me a powdered gel. I'm already paying extra for gel, why am I paying even more for a different strand? She also charged me extra for the shape of the nail, which is round. Since when is round "unnatural"? I paid $65 dollars for acrylics. Absolutely ridiculous

Good place to get a mani. The lady working on my deluxe manicure did a really fabulous job shaping and trimming my nails. Looked so flawless.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Always jam packed and double booking with no one there willing to work. They rush and don't even do the whole pedicure. My feet are still rough and they left polish on the side of my toe. Katie is really rude and should not be working in customer service, she sits there and talks in her language so loud while people are trying to relax. I got my nails don't by her and my nail was chipped within a day. Will never go back there again EVEN IF IT WAS FREE! Very poor place.
