I went shopping there yesterday with my mother, to get her a birthday present. And we asked an assistant for help, and she was just really rude. We asked if she had JLO, which is my mothers favorite fragrance, and she was like we have never carried it, so we asked if she had anything like it, and with a snooty attitude was like I have never smelt it before. Just like we were beneath her, I will never shop at that ulta again.

Everything is just way outrageous in price nothing is that good for the prices they charge! One product I buy was supposed to take care of my problem at $30 for 2 oz. Well two years have gone by and hundreds of dollars later Nothing!! But I keep on trying not knowing what to do.

I came to this place once before and they were very rude so when i would go to Tulare or Visalia I would stock up to avoid going in Porterville's location. I had an emergency and needed to run in and grab some make up and the same woman who was at register was just as rude as the first time I went!!!! Her name is like Kendra or Kim avoid her. The drive to Tulare is worth it.

I visited the salon for the first time on Monday after receiving rave reviews from my mother in law. I saw Courtney and she was absolutely wonderful! She listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair and made it happen! She gave me a tutorial on how to style it and had tons of knowledge about hair care. I learned so much in order maintain the health of my hair. My mother in law sees Tammy and she's also amazing and funny! Definitely a 5 star experience for me!

Given this Ulta a few tries and every time the staff is rude and uninformative. I'll drive to Visalia or wait to get things on line from Sephora from now on. The manager is especially rude.
