The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible. I have been going there for a few years now strictly for convenience and every time I hope it gets better but it just gets worse!! I am 1 of 4 girls and 2 of them will never get their nails done with me because they are so terrible. They cut your cuticles till your bleeding and paint on your skin. My last experience was the worst one yet and now I will stop going there completely. I had one manicurist in particular who I can only guess was not approving of my tip (10$ for manicure and pedicure). I tipped on my debit card and once I told her the amount she gave me the worst look. She scanned my card and when she returned she scrapped/poked my left shoulder with my debit card to get my attention to sign. She then proceeded to paint all on my skin and gave me a horrible attitude the remainder of my stay. It was so uncomfortable I didn’t even stay to dry my nails. Every time I go there she is miserable and rude. Their services are overpriced and the male owner plays golf while the women are working and never interacts with the customers. I also was getting my eyebrows waxed there and the hair on my left eyebrow over 2 or 3 times started to fall out. This place is so overpriced with horrible customer service.

I got my nails done and it was fine. I asked if they had color changing nail polish and they said yes. They didn't only having shimmer help polish. I brought my own polish and could have used that. When I went to pay they changed me$15 extra for it without ever telling me first. I would have used my own and saved the money. Very deceptive, make ask to ask for all prices first.

i always come here for eyebrow wax and pedicure in the spring never had a bad experience until yesterday... i went to get a eye brow wax around 11 am she took me in blew on the wax for a second then applied it to my
right eyebrow she burnt my eye brown and the next day it still hurts... and no ladies she didnt even use pliers after to get the remaining hair.. she rushed was rude after this experience not going back ever

The WORST mani pedi ever have EVER had. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed!!! I got a French manicure and it didn't even last me a week. I have gotten it done many many times at different establishments and those usually last me two weeks or mor . Poor quality service. My sister also got a pedicure from them and they did a quick half job on her feet. Never going to them again. I will not reccomend their service EVER!!!!
