I like this nail salon. Elaine is the lady who does my nails and she is awesome. My nails are always well done and painted carefully and neatly.

I went here multiple times and they been messing it up every time. Once again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and to no surprise, my nails were super bulky afterwards and the shape was uneven. It was the most painful experience rather than relaxing and I was not satisfied to my liking. I’m officially never coming back again.

Is it possible that anybody knows how I can get in touch with Leo? Unfortunately they said that he resigned from cool nails, but I would truly like to follow him to his next place of business. I’ve been using him for years and I’m absolutely always happy with the work he does on my nails.

Do not recommend at all. Worst mani/pedi I've ever had. Painful instead of relaxing. She cut my fingers and my toes multiple times, leaving my toe infected a few days later and my nail beds sore. There is polish in the cuticle area so it looks messy, and she filed my nails again after they were painted so it will chip more easily. Definitely avoid.
