Wouldn’t advise you to go here, they were rough and my nails didn’t turn out great. They are bumpy, crooked, and over all uneven. I asked for coffin and came out with like a almond square. My nail beds are deep red. Wouldn’t waste money and time if I were you. I felt so rushed.

Nails catiwamps, uneven, and my friends nail beds are dark red and is scared of getting an infection. My nails feel lose and I’m scared that they’re going to break. People were nice but for $70 for two people, not worth it.

They didn’t listen to me, gave me the wrong color. They rushed to get done so my nails are funny shaped. Don’t waste time or money here!

I had a five-star experience at this salon! My manicurist, Michael, was great, and I will be returning back and asking for him. Definitely check out some of the extra items on the menu for pedicure, I upgraded my pedicure and was not disappointed. The hot stone and paraffin wax were amazing! He definitely took his time to make my experience a great one! I will return here again. I am very picky about the places I go and get my hair / nails done, as I work very hard and I want my time to be a relaxing one. I am pleased with this one. I think some of the reviews on here are maybe from the old salon, but, the new pro nails opened up about 3 weeks ago in the oxmoor and it is very nice and fancy inside.The owners of Pro Nails are the same owners of Mimi’s Salon on Shelbyville road. High quality service and high quality products. I can’t say enough about this place or the staff. They were very sweet. Another thing I would probably do before coming is, I called ahead and made an appointment over the phone, as I know this is a busy location. Will recommend to my friends.
