The massage chairs at the pedicure stations are amazing. The pedicures are always great.

I feel bad leaving a negative review but I’m so disappointed in the job done and after spending over $100 bucks on a pedi/mani (inc tip) I feel like a review is warranted. I decided to try this place after always having to wait for so long at my normal place and they were close to work. The owner and the girls were nice... but I could tell that one of the girls was annoyed with my appointment being later in the evening (I made it with the owner for 5:45 when they close at 7) and that she didn’t know I was doing both a pedi/mani. The other girl that also worked on my nails was new. She was nice but definitely did not know what she was doing at all and filed my nails way too short to the point where they are bothering me days later because they are uncomfortable. In addition I felt uncomfortable with the amount of talking from the new girl. She was very open about her life and talked a lot about her mother dying, siblings not talking to her, how she got fired from her last job, etc etc. She didn’t stop talking the entire time she was doing my nails. I feel bad talking about this but I feel for the owner and think etiquette needs to be addressed with her employees. I left there feeling sad and exhausted. Not the way the experience should be. Then to top it off my nails on both my feet and hands look terrible. Like a 6th grader did them. At first I had asked for shellac on both my toes and hands like I get at every other salon but then I was warned that shellac was $25 dollars extra EACH. I’ve never paid that much in my life. So I opted for regular on my toes and shellac on my hands.. but three days later my shellac is already chipping! See picture. My friend told me I should go back but I just have no desire to ever go back. Im making an appointment at my regular place next weekend to get everything redone. :( wish I didn’t waste so much money!

Unfortunately, I will not be back to this salon. I recently returned from Arizona to Oregon. Found Serenity in my new neighborhood. Went in for deluxe pedi and a full set gel french. I thought it odd , when the water was filling that there was not a plastic liner in the tub. Long story short, my feet and nails looked fantastic when I left. So good ,I tipped the owner, Ann $25.00 and booked again same deal in 2 weeks. After 3 days, my feet developed horrible athletes feet, something I only experienced once over 20 years ago. I called doctors office, they got me in immediately. First question was when did you get that pedicure? I've always had pretty attractive feet, and any salon I've been to uses liners in the tubs. Also , within a week 3 nails lifted and popped off. I was really disappointed. I need a good salon somewhere close to St. Vincent's. Ann was a very nice lady. Unfortunately my one trip to this salon has cost me over $200 , pedicure, full set, Dr, . Co pay and meds.

The ladies that work here are always super kind and listen to exactly what you want. They always offer water or tea and it makes you feel at home. Amazing service and people. My nails always look great after going here and I always look forward to when I get them done.

It was far more expensive than other salons I've gone to so I expected my nails & service to be equal or better than prior experiences. Sadly it was not. First off the water was cold for my pedicure, and the massage was extremely short. One of the colors I chose for my fingernails apparently was not opaque enough so the nail technician chose a color to replace the silver sparkle color I originally picked out without consulting me. I wouldn't normally have an issue with this however she picked a color that wasn't even close.. she picked a brown nail color to replace the silver. After requesting it to be fixed she seemed annoyed and the end massage was almost non-existent. The quality was also disappointing - my shellac manicure is already chipping/peeling after 3 days. My friend had an even worse experience- ultimately she had to go to another salon to get them fixed. I'm hoping I was just there on a bad day for the salon, but unfortunately I won't be going back anytime soon to test that theory out
