I went here nearly 3 months ago to get acrylics removed and a gel set done and I don't have a whole lot of good to say sadly. My nail tech was super nice, but she reeeeally drilled the acrylics off and my nails were burning and STILL do. I even suggested maybe we could just soak them and file since we were down to my nail at this point and she was still being drilled.... The gel only lasted about 4 days before chipping off, too. Really bummed since most of the reviews are good but I can't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to risk sore nails for months after your trip. The people are nice there at least..

I booked this for my wife for a surprise anniversary gift. They need to show more interest in their current customer. End result looks good.

Don’t get me wrong I love candy nails, love their friendly staff, and they do an amazing jobs in designs. What I’m not happy about is having to constantly guess their hours. I went with 2 of my other friends today (who work night shift). We arrived at 9:40am because from previous experiences I know candy nails can have a line of people by 10am waiting for them to open at 10:30. The three of us waited and waited and eventually 10:30am hit. Nobody was there so I was like let’s wait until 10:45am at least. Nobody was there still. We decided to leave and go somewhere else because I have classes soon and don’t have all day. This other woman waiting for them to open to fix her broken nail was also disappointed because she has other stuff to do and she didn’t want to have to come back later when it’s super busy. I suggest that candy nails should have set hours to avoid confusion and frustration and losing customers to competition. I was very disappointed because I haven’t been here in a while and wanted to treat myself and I really like this place but it was a waste of my time waiting that long. I also did not see anything on social media saying they will be closed today 10/2/2020 so I’m not sure why it wasn’t open on time.

I love their work but they’re not punctual. I thought they were open at 10:30 , got there at 9:45 because I know they always have a line at the door before they open. We waited until 10:45. I work 3rd shift and my coworker as well . Her daughter has class too . And with the not having a schedule that they can respect and customers I will not be going there anymore.

My nails always look bomb and all the girls are always lovely. I love that they take their time making sure everything is perfectly filed and shaped.
