So I was missed informed on price of hair. Paid $355 for my hair to fall out in clumps. The place is super over rated for a hair salon. And got reeled in on spending $63 for shampoo and conditioner.. very poor service

GO ELSEWHERE! Here's why: My mother-in-law was a loyal client for over a DECADE until she passed away in January. Instead of refunding unused gift certificates her children bought her for Christmas, this salon refused to refund. After much debate they finally agreed to give a partial credit, keeping 20% for themselves... for what? They did nothing, other than adding to the grief of children in mourning. WHAT A DISGRACE. Get your salon treatments done where they treat clients with dignity.
