Looking for a relaxing pedicure experience? The search is over- this is THE place! Kaitlyn provided excellent service and the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Chairs are brand new and have massage and heat capabilities. Pedicure area is separated from the hair salon, so clients aren’t exposed to the noise of dryers and salon chatter. You can read a book or just enjoy a little quiet time while being pampered like a Queen! I’ve been to every place in the area for pedicures and I’ve finally found the best. Best pedi experience ever thank you Kaitlyn!

I normally don't do this sort of thing but I was so offended and disappointed by my experience that I have to call these people out. My wife and I stopped by this place because of their "walk in's welcome" policy that they advertise and the sign right on the door that plainly says, "WALK IN'S WELCOME ". We stood in the entrance for several minutes while two women did their best to try to ignore us when one finally looked at me as though I was crazy and curtly asked, "Can I help you?" It was as though I was from outer space. I said, "Yes. I'd like to get a haircut." She looked down at the appointment book and asked if I had an appointment . I said, "no" and expected her to tell me there would be a wait. Instead, she said there was "nothing available " and did I want something tomorrow. I was incredulous. The sign on the door says, "WALK IN'S WELCOME." My wife and I represented probably $150-$200 worth of business - today. We are looking for a place to get our hair cut as we recently moved to the area. Together, along with our 4 children, we represent hundreds of dollars in business per year, business we will now take elsewhere. I told my wife that, if someone were filming it, this exchange would make a great, "What not to do" training video for any business that cares about customer service and understands how important it is in a service industry. UNBELIEVEABLE. Would have been ZERO stars but the post button doesn't work uness you check at least 1 star.

Having retired from salon ownership in this industry myself I tend to be a bit critical. I am very pleased to discover that Emily's Salon is one of the most professional businesses in this industry.
From the smiles that greet you the minute you walk into the door and the attention to your appointment time, Emily's makes you feel like a VIP right from the start! And no detail has been overlooked when it comes to your comfort and relaxation. A luxurious massage and delightfully fragrant products make what is usually a very mundane part of the salon experience become particularly invigorating and enjoyable! I felt completely relaxed and at ease because staff always conveyed concern that all my needs and expectations are being met. They go out of their way to make sure that we understand each other's thoughts and ideas.
Finally I would like to say that I had a complete makeover: a total change in hair color. From a drab great-northern-mousey to a beautiful and natural-looking highlighted blonde that is reminiscent of the color for my hair had when I was 3!!! And just to make sure that the change I was going for was as dramatic as possible, I had my past-shoulder length, damaged hair precision shaped 💇 into the most adorable, summery (and one of the best) haircuts. Who knew I had all this natural curl? It has restored my youthful look AND my confident attitude! 🙋 If you'll just leave it in the competent hands of the very talented staff at Emily's Salon, you cannot go wrong🙆 - you will be completely satisfied!
