My boyfriend Willis called on Saturday 7/28 and scheduled us for two pedicures and two manicures at 12 pm the following day 7/29. We drove up from Stevensville and got to the shop early around 11:20 to find out it was closed on Sunday. I figured they scheduled private appointment or something on Sunday so we left and came back at 12. Still no one was there. We waited outside on the bench for 30 minutes. We called and left a voicemail explaining we had an appointment and left the day and time we were there. We NEVER heard back from them. It’s been almost a week and not one person has reached out to apologize and/or explain what happened. We were really looking forward to our pedicures/manicures. I’m extremely disappointed.

I have been a customer of Linh and Hamilton Nail Spa for many years. They are always friendly and courteous, and go out of their way to make sure my every need is met. They are priced competitively, which is important to me. They remember details of what colors I like and how I like my nails done. Their massage during pedicure is outstanding. I would and do recommend them any time someone is looking for a place to have manicures or pedicures. Hamilton Nail Spa also offers other services such as eyebrow tattooing and wax. Although I have not had those services, I am sure they are every bit as great as their manicures and pedicures. I give them two thumbs up!

I have been going to Linh for my nails and pedicures and waxing since she opened the shop! I LOVE everything she does! She works fast, they last, and she always does a gorgeous job....I wont anywhere else! Also she has always made sure to get me in even when shes booked and I call last minute...she is absolutely the sweetest!

Extremely disappointed in my acrilyc manicure. I believe the woman's name was Jessica or Jennifer. I've heard great things about Lynn and Danny... But that is not who did my nails.
I have 4 kids and wanted the acrilyc nails shorter. She would only trim slivers off and never went as short as I wanted her to. She flat out refused to go any shorter.
She didn't paint all over the acrilyc so near my cuticles was clear, and had an awkward.
10 days later and 4 of my nails have literally popped off and the rest were all so loose I had to take them off.
Extremely disappointed and will never go back there to get my nails done.

Linh at Hamilton Nail and Spa spoils me. It is an oasis of solitude. My favorite place. I get the super duper pedi every 3 weeks. Lots of extras and parafin wax. I have a lot of leg pain and foot pain. I have some tough issues. She meets my every need. Very fair price. The remodel and new chairs are just what I needed. Can you tell how glad I am that I found this spa??!!
