Very clean, didn’t catch the girl that did my nails (owners daughter) she was super sweet did a great job without taking a long time ! Would highly recommend !

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Absolutely discusting the way my mom was treated. My mom went in to get her pink and white fills and the lady told her not to come in on sundays to do so because she can do two regular fills in the time she could do hers and make the same money. My dad was mad when he heard this and called the place directly. The guy on the other end would not let him talk without cutting him off, when my dad finally asked for a chance to talk the guy on the other end said “f*** you” and hung up. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience for my mom turned into her just being annoyed. These people clearly have no clue how to treat customers. Stay away!!

This is the best place I’ve been looking for in Howell. They have many options for people that are picky like me. I use to do acrylics for 15 years now that they recommend me with the DIPPING POWDER that they have 500 colors which is the best thing ever. It’s hard and healthy my nail have been stronger ever since. So if you guys have a complain waiting and bad job I don’t know what’s your problem. Other places just gonna make your nails fungus and thinning.

I used to really like this place but the last few times I've been there the service has been lacking. A few months ago I got a pedicure, nails diped and an eyebrow wax. The lady refused to trim my eyebrows when she waxed them claiming it would make them to thin. My eyebrows get long and I have always had them trimmed. The lady that did the dip nails put the wrong color on and then tried to convince me it was the same color I picked. Then refused to redo it. They used to give really nice pedicures with hot rocks and hot towels for the $26 price. Now they show you a fancy spa list and it you only want the " basic" they rush through it and barely file your toes or your callouses. I'm sad. I really used to like this place but I will be looking for some place new now.

They had really rude customer service and hospitality. they did a very poor job on my acrylics making them crooked. Also did a terrible painting job and didn’t clean up and made them look sloppy. I wouldn’t waste $40 on a five year old nail job.
