I sent my daughter here for a manicure. They drilled a hole in her nail that has become infected. They charged her 3 times what they told her they would. They would not speak to me so now I am going to the Office of the Professions to make sure they clean up their act. I can't post a photo, but I'll try again.

Nail specialist on point, efficient and friendly. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Got a Manicure and pedicure for my birthday treat.

Very clean establishment, professsional, relaxing environment, and staff is very attentive. It's on the pricer side of town but you get what you pay for.

Apprehensive about doing my nails because of the length and nail art. They discriminate against people with long nails and nail art. I was made to feel uncomfortable. Technicians looking at my nails, making faces and telling me that I need to cut my nails! Horrible! All of the nail salon's in Fleetwood share the same views and practices.

I have mixed emotions about this place because their service is sometimes good and sometimes bad. They are not consistent. I also do not like that the owner is annoying and badgering when it comes on to tips. I tip based on service, if you do a great job I'll give a great tip etc. Now I normally give appx. 12-15% but the service depends on what you'll get tip. The owner will tell you sometimes "Oh $5 tip is a good tip. They did a good job." Even if they didn't and she does this as soon as you go up to her desk to pay. I hate feeling pressured to give a tip amount. I think it's out right rude. That said, the place is nicely decorated and is very clean. Go there and check it out for yourself. Your experience maybe different.
