Nails were thick and odd shaped, and no where near my cuticles. They looked like they were done weeks ago. refused to fix even when asked. They just said “I’m sorry they are so thick I don’t know what happened” I got them removed the next day. What a complete waste of $50. I’m beyond upset and will never return
