I'd love to be able to leave a review of their actual services because the other reviews seem great however I couldn't actually get in for services. I decided on Sunday that I wanted to get a pedicure on Wednesday. I called twice with no answer on Sunday and sent them a message on their website. I got no response. I called again on Tuesday and still no answer. I decided that I would take a chance and just show up. If their website has their hours I couldn't find them anywhere so I went by google's info that they were open till 6. When I got there at 4pm, the receptionist told me she couldn't get me in because they close at 5. I don't feel like it should be this difficult to get in the door let alone just to get them on the phone! They must not care about getting business.

I really liked this salon. I had yet to find one that I was comfortable in or that I understood the nail technician. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, was able to hang my coat, and filled out a customer preference sheet since it was my first time. It asked a few general questions and also how much conversation I'd prefer with the technician. I was offered water and had a large selection of nail polish to choose from. After reading reviews of this salon, I chose to go with an OPI color since I knew those would last past a day.
It's been four days since my appointment and my nails are still looking great - only one nail has ever so slightly started to chip. This manicure will easily last me a week and it was not even a no chip. My only hesitation was the price of this salon. It is about $5-$10 more than those salons in the local area but I feel as though it is worth it to pay since the atmosphere is stellar and the girls that work there are genuine and sweet. Will go back!
