Have gone to this salon for over 15 years. First of all Kelly knows me. Last time I went to this salon and had a gel manicure for whatever reason it did not stay. Had my nails done on a Friday and had to go back monday to have 2 or 3 repaired. They did I didn't complain went on my way. 2 days later they were chippong AGAIN. Now I am not a person to complain and Kelly Knows this about me she's known me since I was 15. Has told me that to my face too so not just making that up. She picks who she wants to take good care of and who she doesn't. Anyway I called her up and asked of I could just have my manicure redone as it was 4 days later I was going back for them twice in a week for fixing. She told me absolutely not and that I'd have to pay full price for a gel change. I got SO annoyed and upset I never went back. Finally went back 2 years later for a simple pedicure and my god what an awful job. I will never go back. And to think after all the recommendations over the years i have given her. She seems to always choose the picky people to treat like queens and the people that never complain she could take or leave. Shame on her. To think she lost a lifelong customer over 30$. WOW.

I get calluses on my feet because I work as a camera man and I always come here for pedicures , callus removal and foot massages
These ladies are always nice with me , I enjoy coming here.

Awful. Was a customer for years, went there last summer with two people., three of us had appointments for pedicure and manicures. Had to wait an hour!!!! Crazy. And the man who did my nails cut my finger!!! You think they would not charge me after all that but they still did. Never going back!!!
