I absolutely loved Selena and my nails were beautiful. My issue is not with her.I called to ask a question about their hours and was told we are appointment only. I didn't ask that and my first time there I was a walk in. Also they do not have by appointment only on their website unless I missed it. The person who answered did not give me a chance to see if anyone had an opening, so I cut her off to explain to her that I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. Then she told me Selena had left and she would take my number. Once again I wasnt given a chance to see if anyone had an opening and she didn't tell me that their books were full for today. I called back to cancel my appointment and the lady starts talking over me. I told her that she didn't even give me a chance to explain to her why I was calling back. I was fine with Selena being gone for the day, but I wasn't going to be able to make it tomorrow.

Americana nail co is extremely clean & the decor is beautiful! Also all of the lady's who work there are really sweet :) although I do have a complaint.. I've been there twice this year & both times I worked with Selena. She's such a sweet person, but honestly my nails looked like crap both times. When she was finished with my nails there was a big gap in between my cuticle & the acrylic so I asked her about it. She said she would fix it, went to the bathroom, came back & never did fix them. Also there was random nail polish all over my nails when I was only supposed to have French tips. So anyway, by the time l walked out it looked like I was already in need if a balance. I was so disappointed because she was so sweet.

I recently purchased a groupon from here for a facial and mani/pedi. Hands down I would say it was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. The salon decor is very welcoming and clean. I worked with Tina and she was very professional and personable. Not only did she do a great job with my nails and facial, she was also very enjoyable to conversate with. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and I plan on returning in the near future!

Americana Nail Co is THE CLEANEST salon! The pedicure spas are pipeless -- this means they are safer and more sanitary than other traditional pedicure chairs. They use hospital grade germicide after every client. Each client has her own files that are stored on site and are only used on them and NO one else! The owner is also an educator who is dedicated to training others to treat their clients with the same level of high quality, care and sanitation that she herself does in her salon. Just talk to her and you'll find out more than you thought possible about the products she uses and her high standard of professionalism and ethics. This is the ONLY place to have a high quality pedicure, manicure, and permanent makeup!!!!!

I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED BY THE SLANDEROUS AND FALSE COMMENTS BY DIVA BROWN!!! I have been a customer of Americana's owner Leah for over ten years. I have followed her across the city 4 times to her new location because SHE IS JUST THAT GOOD! I have had acrylic and gel nails as well as manicures and pedicures. All were outstanding! She is the only person I will trust with my nails! She is an artist, expert and educator in her field. She is still the only professional I know that can make acyrlic nails look natural! She is a kind, friendly, professional and customer service oriented provider. She was completely empathetic and understanding when I had to remove my acyrlic nails for financial reasons. I knew I could return when times got better and I did! THANK YOU LEAH FOR YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, EXPERTISE AND FOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICES YOU PROVIDE!!! Julia
