You honestly could not pay me to get my nails done here ever again. The place was a disgusting mess with rude employees. Thankfully I was lucky enough to get an employee that was half decent at filling my nails. However, my friends were not so lucky!
1. We were told that we couldn’t get a matte topcoat on regular polish because apparently that doesn’t work (we get it everytime at our usual place)
2. I was told I couldn’t get silver glitter polish over my black polish on one nail because that’s “ugly”
3. They charged my friend 5 dollars a piece for two nails being painted in a different color
4. They completely butchered the shape of our nails
5. He ripped off two of my nails that he had just put on while he was shaving them down after they hardened which made them bleed
6. While putting on the topcoat he went over my still went glitter nail and proceeded to go over my black nails and got sparkles in them.
7. Both of my friends got gel polish for 40-50 dollars and not even 24 hours after leaving they got air bubbles under the polish and when they would touch the bubble it popped with wet polish coming out and all of their nails have peeled off already (we got them done YESTERDAY)
Just a terrible experience!!! Doesn’t even deserve the one star that I had to give it

Terrible service!! I went there last night and this guy made 2 fingers bleed pretty good and he messed up on 4 of my nails. it took about a hour and a half to get my nails done. The man ripped one of my acrylics off cause he placed it on wrong also! Never going back!

Rudest woman! They offer chrome and yet she was physically unable to put the chrome on correctly causing it to look like glitter silver. And when I tried to correct her, she blatantly said that I was wrong. I'm not some foam dome, I've been getting my nails done twice a month for 7 years. That was by far the most ridiculous moment beside the one that happened as I left. My nails are COVERED in horizontal lines and when I told her, she said it's because I'm getting regular nail polish instead of gel as I got last time. Uh, I've done that tons of times when I've gotten a fill and NEVER have I had that issue. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!🙃

Terrible. I went there for an acrylic fill because the place I usually go is closed for renovations. Completely butchered the shape of my nails. They are uneven and lumpy. Plus my pinky nail looks like a snaggel tooth. I just wanted black polish with a matte top coat and I was told “that doesn’t work unless you get gel” which was a lie because that is what I typically do when I get my nails done, but whatever I get the gel anyway. They got the acrylic stuff all over my cuticles and now it is hardened with nail polish over it. The nail polish is streaky and missing in some places. I also got one nail with glitter on it. They only did one coat so it is a few specs of glitter with my nail showing through- not to mention most of the glitter is over my actual fingers not my nails. They also didn’t have me wash my hands before they began painting so there are nail shavings and particles in the nail polish. They charged me and extra $10 for a “design” which I am only assuming that was the glitter nail polish... not a design in my opinion as they only painted my nail. So in total I spent $45 for them to butcher my nails completely.
Oh they also told my friend that what she wanted was “ugly” and painted her nails how they wanted. DONT COME HERE.

Acrylic nail fill & polish that they did was awful, They made the nails too short & uneven. Pedicure was just ok.
