DO NOT GET ANYTHING WAXED HERE! They use the same “spatula” for every dip in the wax. She literally didn’t reach for a new stick even once. How many other peoples hair, bacteria, etc is on my skin right now?! Manager said I had to ASK for a new stick. Um, no. You learn this in beauty school. You don’t continually use the same stick and keep dipping in hot wax. That’s asking for infection. If I’m paying $10 for an eyebrow wax, it better be sanitary. Definitely reporting this. Yuck.

Awesome service. I got the regular pedicure but It was far from regular. My toes look great and the job wasn't rushed.
Great ambience. There is lots of space and the decor is truly grand.
No wait time. We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday and we didn't have to wait to be served. They were very prompt and professional. Again, the place is huge and they have plenty of people there to work.

Went here for about 6 months they have always been really nice but I got my nails done last week and three of them broke within 5 days of having them done.(I’m not hard on my hands no reason they should break) So I went in to get them fixed and they made the three nails significantly shorter than all 7 of my other nails even after I had stated I wanted to keep them long. She then told me that she was going to make all of my nails short because they will break if they are long. I’m not sure how you can tell a customer that you can’t do your job right and then refuse to give them what they want. After all was said and done they decided to charge me for fixing my nails that they messed up. Not happy and I will never go back.

I was a little hesitant to try this place out due to the previous reviews, but they weren’t too bad. My experience wasn’t superior, but it wasn’t terrible either. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and after choosing my polish I was seated shortly after. The receptionist did ask if I wanted any beverages and when I asked for white wine, she brought me a water. 🙄 Lol. I do have to say that this place is very cleaned and sanitized. Being a diabetic, this was VERY important to me.

I had my nails done with the dip powder less than a week ago, and also paid 15$ extra for a
Shimmering silver topcoat. The top coat chipped the very next day on two nails and completely came off of two others within 48hours. Very disappointing quality of work.
