Laid back, relaxing. I have never been disappointed with my nails. I have gone to other places that are closer to me but always go back to Southside!

Very late on getting me in on my appointment and then rushed and nails were not as nice as could be. But people are super nice

very disappointed! Getting married on Friday and I have a very busy schedule this week, my boss let me take a longer lunch so I could go get my nails done. I picked out the color for my toes and then the lady went to pick out the color for my nails, I asked her if its the same color she said yes, that it matches that it is the same. IT DID NOT MATCH! When I looked at my toes when my nails were done....the toes are much darker and the nails were more of a pinkish than purple like the toes. Also the gal doing it communicated by tapping my leg or hand to tell me what to do, it took a long time. I am not satisfied at all. They said it would only take 5 min to fix but my polish was all dry and I was already over my time limit and needed to get back to work. This should not have happened. Very disappointed and won't be back! This was done for a very special occasion and the lady the took my money had a really cocky attitude about it too. The work was fine but do NOT let them match your color. I trusted her judgement and got burned!

I went on my lunch break to get shellac done and they took FOREVER to do my nails and I was late for work (I had an hours lunch break and work right up the street). They made me soak my shellac off for 30 minutes which is insane. Then the girl took forever to paint them and did a really crappy job. I told them I wasn’t happy and then they told me I “should have expected it to be longer”. I’ve never had such poor service at a nail salon.

They do a great job with manicures and pedicures. Very friendly and considerate staff.
