The facial I received was great and among the best I’ve ever had, but I expected more from the overall experience. The locker room was nice but small. I liked the coed steam room since I was here with my husband so we could enjoy that together. I don’t know if I would go back, though, with so many other options in Nashville.

We went to this spa for my bachelorette party weekend, and each of us got different services: a manicure, pedicure, and massages. We had such a blast! This place made us feel like royalty and the quality of the staff was superb!! We felt ourselves asking if this is what heaven was like and kept finding more and more surprises that added to the value of this amazing spa. Robin, Jen, Tamika, Niki, Deb, Megan, and Claudia were perfect and we thank you for everything!

I went there to have a nice relaxing day full of massages, facials, nail services, etc. The facility is very nice. All of the people I met were super nice and helpful. My downfall was the quality of services for the prices I paid. $140 for a massage that was very touch and go, not even close to quality massages I have received in other places. Facial consisted mostly of very energetic scalp massage, but was missing some key elements of the facial itself, and was sloppily done. No attention or care to my skin, which beats the purpose. Even though the nails lady was SUPER nice, the quality of her service was really subpar - like a first timer applying nail polish, uneven lines, runoffs that were not fixed, uneven color coverage. The worst I have ever received, and also the most expensive! The nicest part of it is the relaxation lounge and Miss Deborah who makes sure you are well hydrated by bringing you cocktails and other drinks as requested. The chairs there are superb!
