Absolutely AWFUL service. I paid for a manicure and a full set of nails for a special event. It was my first time getting nails in 5 years.
I asked for short, round and natural looking nails, as thin as possible because I work in the medical field. She gave me thick, square, sharp, crooked, and uneven nails. As for the manicure, she did nothing special or additional besides partial cuticles- she did not get them all. Also, she didn't even come close to filling in to the back or on the sides of my nails at all. The polish has chipped and the top coat on both sparkle polishes have spots in them. The nails are all sticking up because she didn't glue them down, properly. I asked to have them filed down and made even, and she did not get it even close. The nails are all crooked, to the point where people noticed. It was incredibly expensive and not something I do often. I was VERY disappointed, but didn't have the time to complain and gave her redo them, so I didn't have a choice but to let it be.

They were pretty packed not surprising seeing as it's the day before mother's day. They rushed. Skipped dusting off my nails before applying acrylic. And charged me AN EXTRA 7 DOLLARS to do coffin tip nails. No one has ever upcharged me for that. My nails look pretty good but still pissed they would charge me more for 1 minute of extra filing.

I arrived 30 min before they close and the front desk woman was so rude with me. I can not understand why they speak in that way. Too dessapointment.

Horrible Nasty Lady working in front desk and brows. Can’t accommodate me because of my shopping bags. There is a better place to go,cheaper and nicer workers. Vnails salon by ne 16 ave and 163rd 💋💋😊

They need to fired the lady who do the eyebrows... she’s have bad attitude
She’s talking trash about the customers to the lady’s who do nails.
She don’t care about customers
Because of her I will never go back to this place.. and she’s ugly!!!
