Would have given 0 stars. The workers pulled on my skin too roughly, and the nail polish remover BURNED my skin! They trimmed my cuticles out and took part of skin along with it. Skin was extremely dry after finishing. The nails are not straight, but leaned on one side and the figure is not shaped how I asked for. The nails aren't even completely painted! First and last time going there. Too expensive for the poor nail job I got.

I’ve been going here for years and I just can’t anymore. They do not wash their pedicure tubs and get upset when you ask them to clean it before they start. The tech got upset when I asked him to clean the nipper that he dropped before using it on me again. He also got upset when he left one of my nails lumpy and I asked him if he could reshape it. He said I only asked for a fill and I offered to pay more money. He talked to the female tech next to him in their language and then said he wouldn’t charge me for the reshape but I needed to understand that a fill doesn’t come with a reshape. After insisting that I would pay for the reshape, he said “you keep talking and I say nothing. I take my time with you and not rush and you keep talking”. I am a paying customer. They know me because I come every 2 weeks and always tip half of the bill. I’d rather take my money to a business that’s cleaner and more professional.

this place is unhygienic, walls and carpet are full of nail polish residue from years of waste, theirs nail clippings all over the floor. They don't sterilize their instruments. I also saw them pull their tools from caddies during my pedicure and during manicure she had them in her drawer. I paid $65 for manicure and pedicure no chip and they didn't even give me a hand massage! They think they can treat people like cattle because its in the west side, well we are paying customers too. Lastly, they had a line out the door on the 4th of July and they were CLOSED, but there was no signs saying it would be closed, the next day I went back and asked the lady if they were open and she said no and had a smirk on her face. At least put up a sign to tell your customers you will be closed. They don't seem to have any consideration or respect for their clients, without us they will be out of business, maybe that is something that should take into consideration.

Of the workers are every rude. I went in the last time and this guy was huffing and pufffing when I had told him how I wanted them. But my last visit was not that bad a nail lady named “Quinn” she snapped on my nails I highly recommended her and she seemed every nice and gentle not one cut on my fingers

Very nice nail tech. but not happy with my fill in or pedicure. It doesn't look professional. It looks like something I could have done at home.
