I literally called the business approximately 10 minutes prior to my arrival to make sure they were not busy and wouldn't mind taking a client due to the time. She so not a problem. So I drove out of my way to get a haircut arrived walked in, and then she literally said, "Are you the one that called? I told her I did, and she said sorry I'm not going to be able to take you. After she had already told me she would be on the phone.
